30-day Guarantee

If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt of your order, simply call us at +1(513)698-8098 to arrange an exchange or refund in form of credit to your account. Note: All used products cannot be returned.  Follow the return procedure as detailed below.

All returned products, which are not defective, will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.

If we shipped you the wrong product,

something different from our order confirmation, SharperDrills takes all responsibility for the return and provides you with the right product. In this case, call for an RPA# and athourized shipping instructions. Follow the return procedure. We will not pay for return shipment by 3rd party companies not authourized by us. We will not reimburse shipping cost from outside the continental USA and Canada.

For Custom Made Products: There is NO RETURN on custom made products.   All Sales are Final !  

Procedure for returning a purchased item:

0.  Contact us via email at sales@sharperdrills.com or contact us at +1(513) 328-5041 for the appropriate return product authorization (RPA#).
0. 2.      All products must be returned in its original  shipping packaging with all accessories that may have accompanied the original shipment.
0. 3.      Enclose a copy of the original sales invoice (slip).
0. 4.      Send the item(s) back to the return address in the original package.
0. 5.      Return the product via US mail or other common carrier prepaid and insured. Retain your shipping receipt for proof of shipment.

Note:

• Do not send item(s) back without the proper return address which will be provided with your RPA#.
• We cannot accept responsibility for uninsured packages returned  through the US Postal Service.
•  Shipping rates for packaging, insurance and delivery are not reimbursable.
• Items returned without a return authorization may not receive a credit.
