All shipments are made from SharperDrills™ in good condition. If ordered by customer, all Products are shipped FOB Cincinnati Ohio USA, and shipped via best way, insured, ground shipment unless otherwise requested.
SharperDrills™ delivers to any UPS acceptable address. We use the UPS rate system to calculate all freight charges which are based from zip code to zip code and by weight. Unless specified otherwise, you authorize UPS to leave packages at your door without signature. Except as provided by applicable law, the Purchaser assumes the risk of loss or damage during transit and transportation and the responsibility for delivery or handling charges incurred in the transport of the Product to the Purchaser’s location. Other shipping methods, e.g. Next day air are available at customer request and at the applicable cost.
The customer should make a notation as to the condition received indicating any exceptions to good condition with signing of the shipper document. IF SHIPPING DAMAGE IS DISCOVERED to the shipment (but no visible damage was noted to the shipping container), the customer should notify the FREIGHT COMPANY IMMEDIATELY so that a Concealed Damage Report may be executed.
